- September 4th-5th 2010, Tokyo Workshop

The specific content of these sessions is not specified due to the spontaneous style of teaching Clive is renown for worldwide. All sessions are inspired by the true essence and spirit of non-regimented advaita and tantra yoga sadhana.

All of the daily sessions Clive will conduct in Japan during the Mountain retreat and weekend workshop will start with a meditation practice and pranayama class followed by an asana class. In each afternoon session, Clive will give a discourse on the inner teachings of yoga, followed by a second asana class and finishing the day with pranayama.

Asana/Pranayama/Meditation Mitake Mountain Retreat
September 6th-12th, 2010

The retreat will be held at the spiritually renowned “Mitake Mountain”. Mitake has been worshipped since ancient times with many sacred locations for ascetic training.

Musashi-Mitake shrine is situated at the pinnacle of the mountain (929 meters), and is accessible to the public only by climbing or cable car. The Musashi-Mitake Shinto shrine is one of the oldest in Japan founded 2100 years ago, and is one of the most spiritual sites that can be found in Kanto area. MItake is considered a Japan heritage site.

Retreat and accommodation will be in a Japanese traditional temple lodging that has been preserved by the Kanai family for 32 generations with 300 years of history. Vegetarian meals will be provided.

There are several hiking trails through the mountain forests to enjoy during the leisure time. A hike to the summit where the Musashi-Mitake Shrine is situated offers amazing vistas over the Chichibu-Tama-Kai national park.
