Experienced practitioners will enjoy delving deep within to discover the benefits of moving slowly, practicing quietly and promoting stillness. This 5 week immersion will use the principles of Yin Yoga to heighten sensory awareness and clarity of perception. Our primary focus will be to develop the skills necessary to find freedom from physical and mental tension that allows the body to rest, heal and rejuvenate.

Each week a sequence of supported floor poses will promote structural balance through sacral alignment and facilitate circulation and nourishment of bodily tissue. These sequences will be used to harmonize the movement of energy through the body by increasing the space and flow in the joints using tension, and to use compression to remove excesses, stagnation and deficiencies of energy.

It is through nurturing introspection in a relaxed state that one gains insight into the cause/affect of our actions in everyday life.... helping to foster a healthy positive relationship with oneself and others. Come and delight in the rejuvenating effects of this silent practice!
