Haidar will offer a challenging introduction to this fusion of technique and movement. The module will introduce the realm of nadi (tsubo) and the movement that is needed to unblock stagnant energy to free the movement of prana for a lighter\, cleaner practice. Students will also learn the basics of gentle massage techniques. Students will work with partners in a safe\, and fun way.
