Breath work as taught by Swami Rudrananda of the Saraswati lineage. The transformation that occurs by taking gross energy (unresolved emotions\, external energy) and transforming into a more refined integrated spiritual energy. \nFoundation of the Ashtanga System. Here we will explore Sun Salutations and standing poses within the primary series. We will place emphasis on internal alignment to further deepen our connection to dristi\, breath and bandha. \nYoga Nidra. A systematic practice where the body and mind enter into a more subtle state of consciousness. While the body goes into a deep relaxation the mind is allowed to expand free of physical form allowing for the beginning stages of dream yogic practice; as taught by Swami Satyananda of the Saraswati lineage. \nAugust 12th\n 14:00-17:00 pm \nDouble Breath.
