His teaching has been inspired by the methodologies described in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika\, the historical and scientific research of the Bihar School Of Yoga\, combined with an invested knowledge of physical fitness\, cardiovascular\, neurological and reproductive health. \nA deeper understanding of the benefits of yoga comes from a regular daily practice. The particular quality of morning practice can tone and prepare our bodies and mind for the course of each and everyday. \nThis immersion is open to all levels of students and is encouraged for those completely new to yoga as well.
