DESCRIPTION:Share this:This VE1.0 immersion is one in a series of fixed asana sequences which eventually navigates students to creative and random\, dynamic freestyle asana practice. \nAlthough some alignment will be emphasized according to Patricks’ teaching style\, this is primarily an immersion for experienced dynamic yoga asana practitioners. Pranayama will be integrated into the sequencing. \nImmersion open to: \n\nYJAP teachers\nAll YogaJaya Teacher Training Graduates\nStudents who have been regularly practicing at YogaJaya Studios for 4 years or more with Patrick Oancia\n\nAlso recommended for: \n\nAshtanga Vinyasa practitioners who have completed the full primary series under the guidance and supervision of an authorized or certified Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher in a Mysore style practice environment. Those practicing Intermediate or higher are also welcome to join.\n** Those people who have only practiced in a led Ashtanga classes should first participate in a alignment techniques workshop or course with Patrick Oancia or a YogaJaya Accredited Level 2 instructor (YJAI2) and or reach the criteria stated herein.\nIyengar Yoga Practitioners who have 5 years or more practice experience with a certified Iyengar Instructor.\n** Those not yet so experienced in Iyengar yoga should first participate in a alignment techniques workshop or course with Patrick Oancia or a YogaJaya Accredited Level 2 instructor (YJAI2) and or reach the criteria stated herein.\nInspired or certified Anusara instructors or practitioners who have at least completed the Anusara Yoga Level 1 Syllabus. Students who have completed the Anusara Yoga Level 2 & 3 Syllabi also welcome.\n** Those not yet so experienced in Anusara yoga should first participate in a alignment techniques workshop or course with Patrick Oancia and or a YogaJaya Accredited Level 2 instructor (YJAI2) and or reach the criteria stated herein.\nAny other students of hatha yoga asana that have been immersed in regular dynamic yoga asana for 5 years or more. Practice experience information must be provided when booking for the course.
