DESCRIPTION:Share this:In this practice immersion Patrick will emphasize on building stamina through fixed sequencing including detailed work every week in back bending\, inversions and arm balances. The program will also include pranayama and guided meditation. The focus will be to cultivate and contemplate the sensitivity needed to refine the deeper dynamics of yoga practice. \nThis program is offered as continuing education for YogaJaya Teacher Training Graduates (YJAT-YogaJaya Accredited Teachers). \nOthers who have completed any Yoga Alliance 200 hour course and or yoga teachers with a minimum 2 years teaching experience may also attend. Please provide information regarding your Yoga Alliance Registration (School which you trained and RYT Registration Number) and or teaching experience in the comment box below. \nAdvanced practitioners who have had a regular intensive daily yoga practice for over 4 years are also welcome. Please state the style(s) of yoga you practice and for how long in the comment box below.
