JayaJaya is a monthly event to bring different types of people together to watch movies, play or listen to music, and chat about anything and everything. Free of charge! Please feel free to bring your own food, drinks, utensils and trash bag. Free tea provided to everyone with a cup! JayaJaya is a self-sustaining event. Attendants will be responsible in cleaning up and taking personal trash away at the end of the night.

Hikaru Brundtland Introduction to Sivananda Yoga All level Workshop
4 Weekend Workshop: May 20, 27, June 3 & June 10, 2006
At YogaJaya Daikanyama Studio

In this all-level course, certified Sivananda instructor, Hikaru Brundtland will introduce all key elements of the Sivananda Yoga system, including philosophy, breathing techniques and postures. Beginners as well as experienced practitioners will benefit from awareness of the underlying purposes and effects of these techniques, as they experience the Sivananda system on a practical level.

Presently 70 students from the Himalayan region are getting free High School Education at the International High School for Development in Shizuoka and Wakayama. After completing the High School, students
are seeking continuing education at various colleges,vocational training colleges for further development.

The charity has been organized to support these students in their education.

Beside song and dance there will be Tibetan goods sales and traditional Momo and Shabhakle (dumpling) and Tibetan Butter Tea.

The funds raised from the sales of these itmes will be used for school projects in Tibet.
