I am participating in classes and or workshops at YogaJaya. I understand that the classes at YogaJaya include physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re- education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. I have no medical condition, which would prevent me from taking part in YogaJaya classes and or workshops, and I assume responsibility for any risk or injury I may sustain as a result of my participation. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, adjust the posture and ask for support from the teacher. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I understand that any physical activity is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. I understand that all YogaJaya classes, teachers, time scheduling and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. I will be responsible for contacting YogaJaya directly or checking the YogaJaya website for any information updates. I understand that YogaJaya multi-ticket passes, monthly passes, drop-in tickets, and memberships are non-extendable and non-refundable. I understand that YogaJaya is not responsible for any personal lost or stolen articles at the studio(s).
