explore a diverse range of classes, including yogajaya signature “baseworks” classes
yogajaya baseworks classes introduce fundamental yoga postures and variations in a series of sequences. modules 1.0 to 3.0 focus on detailed structural alignment. module 4.0 focuses on enhancing the energetics utilizing the alignment foundations. the modules safely build from beginner to more experienced dynamics in a complete and holistic way. recommended for all students of yoga.
