Have you been attending Baseworks Practice 1.0 and 2.0 classes for a while? Join this opportunity to learn more about Baseworks Practice 3.0 classes in this informative immersion. Baseworks founder, Patrick Oancia will be taking the time to breakdown some of the dynamics of the pose work during the sessions and students will have the opportunity to go into a deeper understanding of Baseworks Practice 3.0 level classes.
This immersive practice is open to all students who have been regularly practicing Baseworks 1.0 and Baseworks 2.0 classes, and also those who are already practicing Baseworks 3.0 and Baseworks 4.0 classes.Patrick will introduce methods on how apply posture variations to support individual level of ability to progress at a safe pace.
