Adrian’s unique work blends yoga and psychology together, to shift people’s bodies, and minds towards health and total wellbeing. Adrian is a certified NLP trainer, hypnotherapist, and NLP coach. Adrian is the only person in Thailand trained by the co-founder of NLP, Dr John Grinder, in New Code NLP. New-Code NLP allows people to discover their own requisites for personal genius, to model and achieve through real world experience the patterns that bring about such high-performance excellence, and then to go on to develop deeper and transfer these models into other areas of life such as business, sports, coaching or counseling.

He sees private clients and trains groups of people throughout the world. His therapeutic and communication work is influenced and inspired by John Grinder, Christina Hall, and Stephen Gilligan and his yoga approach is a blend of Scaravelli (Paddy McGrath), Ashtanga Vinysasa (BNS Iyengar), Vinyasa Krama (Srivatsa Ramaswami), and years of deep study and practice of meditation and philosophy.

Adrian is also the founder and director of Yoga Elements Studio in Bangkok, one of the first yoga centers in Thailand which has been praised as “easily Bangkok’s best studio” by Travel and Leisure (-25 Top Yoga Studios Around the World) and as “Bangkok’s most inspiring place to study yoga” by Bangkok Post (-The Magazine reader choice awards).

In demand globally, he teaches workshops, and trainings worldwide and is featured at the Yoga Journal conferences in Moscow and Bangkok in 2008, 2009, and 2010 and is Manduka’s ambassador in Thailand.
