After her experience in outdoor sports exercise and overseas education in the field of ballet, Naoko discovered YogaJaya. She immediately realizes the sensation different from all her past exercise experience, and becomes astonished. Her belief is to approach the body and mind through diverse perspectives, making use of her study in psychology, nutrition, as well as her expertise as a corporate trainer.
