The voice is one of many mediums which we can use to harness a greater awareness and deeper understanding of ourselves. Our voice closely mirrors our state of being, and our mind frame will also affect the quality, strength and flexibility of our voice. By using the voice correctly, we can release emotions such as frustration,
fear and anger. Resonating our voices together has been proven to have amazing healing qualities for stress, speech disorders and depression.

In this workshop, we will discover ways in which we can relax and tone the voice muscle with different pranayama techniques, Mantra and Bhajans. This in time, will lead us to a higher level of clarity in communication and expression in our daily lives. We will focus on how to utilize the voice properly using the breath, Sanskrit pronunciation and introduction to several Mantras and Bhajans. We will also lightly contemplate and discuss how everything is vibration, and what this means for us.
