Welcome to the world of Ashtanga Yoga! Nothing too difficult. Let us just simply enjoy yoga together.

This course will focus on learning and practicing Ashtanga Yoga’s dynamic movements and continual flow of poses. Take a deep breath, lengthen your spine and become beautiful both physically and mentally!

Suitable for all levels, from those filled with energy, to those exhausted by the world.

Course Curriculum

Day 1

- Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga

- Introduction to Suriya Namaskar A & B and its practice: awareness on breath, bandha, asana

Day 2

- Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series practice

Day 3

- Focus on forward bends, its techniques and practice: listen to the voice of your body

Day 4

- Focus on jump-back & jump-through, its techniques and practice

- Focus on back bends, its techniques and practice: open your chest and feel great!

Day 5

- Heighten your five senses!

- Focus on finishing poses, its techniques and practice

- Meditation
