Course Curriculum
Day 1
- Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga
- Introduction to Suriya Namaskar A & B and its practice: awareness on breath, bandha, asana
Day 2
- Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series practice
Day 3
- Focus on forward bends, its techniques and practice: listen to the voice of your body
Day 4
- Focus on jump-back & jump-through, its techniques and practice
- Focus on back bends, its techniques and practice: open your chest and feel great!
Day 5
- Heighten your five senses!
- Focus on finishing poses, its techniques and practice
- Meditation
