Basic hatha yoga course with Kengo Nomura

This is a basic course designed to help beginners understand the dynamics of yoga posture techniques with correct breathing and is a good building block for safe daily practice. Beginner students who complete this course will be ready to attend YogaJaya level 1 to 3 led public classes.

Before going into YOGA practice, a brief explanation of relationship between postures and breath.
Feel your own breath in every posture, basic postures, and how to make a stable base

Discussion: to enjoy Yoga in your daily life, safely
Try to touch your own breathing, breathing variation
Warm up sequence, sun salutation
Focus on the backbone, twist poses, forward bend, backbend.

Basic practice routine for everyday
developing breathing technique, chest breathing (thoracic respiration)
Energetic flow in postures, how to create energy to the opposite direction

Discussion: introspection through observing your own breathing, directing your consciousness towards your internal self,
