Smiling thru the "Grunts" of the practice. Looking closely at back bending & finishing Navasana thru to Finishing.
Really "taking rest" at the end.
WEEK 2
A day of Advanced Sivananda practice & metta meditation.
Explore the variations of the 12 postures in Sivananda yoga system coupled with a soothing metta meditation!

Metta Meditation…the Loving Kindness Practice
An introduction to the Metta(Loving Kindness) practice of the Theravadan Buddhist tradition. Making a comfortable seat for meditation thru basic yoga stretches & proper alignment. Finding compassion & love for self & others through the tools of this heart centered meditation practice.
