Sunday Adjustment Clinic:
Connecting Beyond the Thinking Mind

Adjusting is an art form that allows us to relax or to awaken into a deeper level of awareness in any yoga asana. A skilled practitioner can use this art to bypass the thinking mind and communicate directly with the “body-mind” of the recipient.
People will learn:
- Keys to effortless adjusting
- Key safety principles
- Spinal integrity in forward bends, twists and back bends
- Tricks to stabilize and bring weightlessness in inversions and arm balances
Open to teachers, aspiring teachers, and anyone with a burning curiosity, looking to expand their understanding of adjustments and the role they play in asana practice.
