This course will break down and use elements of the Ashtnaga vinyasa first series to introduce the second series in a safe and fun way. Natalia welcomes yoga practitioners of all levels to this workshop. She emphasizes that everyone will benefit from her fun and light hearted approach and people will leave with a deeper understanding of how to practice according to individual ability!

 

*WEEK 1
Saturday, July 15. 8:00-10:00am

1.Building strength in the primary series:
Natalia will focus on building strength through understanding the relationship to the sequencing of the primary series. She will emphasize on detail in alignment, and how that can build and solidify ones understanding of the practice

*WEEK 2
Saturday, July 22. 8:00-10:00am

2.Backbending-The preparation
Multiple variations of back bending, emphasizing on drop backs to build stability, and confidence in the practice.

*WEEK 3
Saturday, July 29. 8:00-10:00am

3.Intro to second series
Introducing the intermediate series of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. Elements of the previous weeks will be integrated into this lighthearted approach to understanding the dynamics of the second series.
