Posture Practice, Lecture and Theory (All Level, Yoga Teachers)
The first stages of the BASEWORKS PRACTICE focus on developing natural breathing in coordination with functional movement. Students will learn how to to used refined breathing and move the body consciously so to establish solid foundations to progress from.
BASEWORKS PRACTICE combines corrective movement and refined breathing techniques to promote a balance of strength, flexibility, and introspection. BASEWORKS is a lifestyle approach inspired by hatha yoga, life philosophies, movement physiology and lateral thinking, all aimed at enhancing health, wellbeing and self-actualization.

BASEWORKS TECH:
Functional movement training, Posture Practice, Lecture and Theory (All Level, Yoga Teachers)
This session will explore technique in functional movement in relation to building the foundation that is needed to practice safely and effectively. Students will experience different types of very fun exercises that can be used as tools to prime different aspects of BASEWORKS.
