Props Usage Course with Yuki Nishioka
We can greatly extend our yoga practice through the balanced use of tools (props) that more deeply relax our body and thus our mind. Props make it easier to maintain poses long enough to more gently compress and lengthen the entire body. This session will focus on gradually introducing props as appropriate for each individual's body type, thereby allowing everyone to practice a broader range of physical yoga regardless of age and other factors. This course aims for a non-strenuous, yet more effective self-practice.
All poses will be practiced by using props.
