Looking into the details of how our bodies can embody the energetic dynamics structuring each asana and how as we begin sensing these dynamics how asana inform us of the dynamics within us.
Beginning with the most distal parts of our body our asana practice will bring us to moving inward. You are here.
From 6 to 12 months prior practice of asana is helpful for this course.
Week 1 － Finding One’s Foundation Distally
Feet, hands and orbits of the organs of action.
Week 2 － The Pelvic Floor
Asana and sensing space.
Week 3 － Connecting
Connecting constellations within the body with no mind.
Week 4 － Integration
Breath and Sensing.
