Attending her first class in 1997, Yoga for Anouk soon became a daily practice which she continues to draw benefits from.

Over the last eight years Anouk has instructed at over more than twenty teacher training courses starting in India with Brahmani Yoga under the mentorship of her teacher Julie Martin and in Bali with Yoga Arts teacher trainings and Intuitive Flow teacher trainings.

In her classes, Anouk joyously leads her students through a journey that embraces not only the physical but also the deeper aspects of Yoga. Her intention is to offer this precious practice to others.

Anouk teaches internationally, sharing not only Asana, but also Yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama) and meditation (Dhyana). These teachings are inspired by her mentor and partner Emil Wendel.
