Exploring the Chakras Course with Lea Sölter: A journey through the energy centres along the spine
Prana energy flows through our body via the Nadis, or energy channels, and is accumulated in and distributed by the Chakras, or energy centers. There are seven main Chakras along the spine, each of which has unique characteristics. It is in the Chakras that Prana takes on specific forms to serve particular purposes for a balanced state of mind and body. A free flow of Prana in and through the Chakras is essential to staying in balance and to increase vitality.
This 8-week course explains the functioning of the energy centers along the spine, teaches students how to recognize blockages in the Chakras, and instructs them how to stimulate a free flow of energy, as well as how to use Chakras to deal with everyday challenges.

This immersion aims to introduce dynamics of adjusting at an introductory level in a safe and effective way.
Participants will learn and experiment with examples from different pose groups to bring greater awareness to anatomical dynamics that apply to practice.

The Discipline of Yoga: Sakshin Ghatastha Yoga – Workshop with Dali
If you want to change the physical structure of your body, the first step is awareness directed onto breath in the postures. In this workshop Dali will focus on the subtle adjustment of breath as a thread to transform the students inner attitude, to create a sense of lightness in the students practice.
The skillful use of Karana (combined movements of hands and feet) to cultivate awareness and develop a strong foundation in Sakshin Ghatastha Yoga will be taught. Dali will share his knowledge of specific sequenced yoga asana, to build internal fire and demonstrate how to direct this energy to dissolve life stresses that over time manifest inside the body causing energetic and structural misalignment.

Practice of Pranayama & Meditation Course with Yumiko Terasaki
Pranayama breathing refers to controlling the vital energy that fills the human body. Pranayama is a critical process of purification needed for deeper meditation toward the goal of Raja Yoga -- the control of the heart.
Acquiring and then developing this skill requires a routine of practice and perseverance while maintaining calmness. This process is facilitated by building our trust in each other and by sharing experiences over a course period of up to 18 weeks. The course theme is “harmony”. Through Pranayama and Meditation, we seek to generate a harmony that resonates between the body and the mind, within and between people, and between each individual and the broader universe.

Jason Crandell: Lotus 8 x Tokyo Yoga x YogaJaya Collaboration Workshop
In this 3-workshop series in Tokyo, you will learn how alignment and attention to detail cultivates greater depth and ease in your flow practice—from core-strengtheners, to hip-openers and arm-balances, to backbends. Said to have a “knack for explaining subtle movements in a way everyone can understand” (Yoga Journal), Jason will help you deepen your practice—teaching you to expand your edge, open your body, and stay connected to your essence. Each workshop will begin with a brief discussion of related anatomy and illustrate the physical theme of the practice with demonstration. Then, we will transition into a smart, satisfying flow practice.
