He has recently been designing and delivering a mentorship programme for the teaching faculty there. He also designs and delivers trainings for organizations and businesses , as well as and giving direct coaching to executives, athletes, and anyone looking to optimize their performance and results at the highest levels.

Alastair has a deep interest in the rituals and practices of Amazonian Shamanism in Peru and has traveled there to learn and appreciate these complex technologies of altering consciousness, accessing deep trance states and entering into states of healing, learning and transformation. He sees these traditions and technologies as complementary to Milton Ericksons work ( Erickson was considered as a Shaman and “wounded healer” by many) and sees them as advanced practices all with the intention of “responding to a call to awaken into full human consciousness” , enabling a more full understanding of ” generative trance” and discovering ways to facilitate effective change for oneself and others.
