Phoebe grew up in Australia cultivating a deep love and respect for the rhythms of nature.

From her early years of studying movement and dance to more recently experiencing pregnancy and childbirth, Phoebe has come to acknowledge and admire the body’s natural ability to transform to a state of balance and harmony.

Phoebe has been practicing various forms of yoga over the past 13 years and is deeply interested in the relationship between the mind and body and how our emotional state manifests itself within the body.

In 2003, Phoebe was first introduced to the principles of Ayurvedic medicine, which resonated deeply with her and which, through their application, she was able to see great benefit. She continues to be guided by these principles whilst also pursuing further knowledge in other aspects of health and nutrition.

Phoebe enrolled in and completed the YogaJaya International Teacher Training program and is a YogaJaya Accredited Teacher (YJAT) and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with the Yoga Alliance.
