Yoga Retreat in Tuscany, Italy with Patrick Oancia (YogaJaya, Tokyo) & Qbi (Inspya, Hamburg)
The aim is to restore the human essence that is lost to everyday stress and to achieve total relaxation through regeneration. Lunigiana is an idyllic landscape in Tuscany unspoiled by tourism, a wild reserve of nature... green hills rising from the sea through vineyards and olive groves into forests of chestnut, gurgling creeks and mountain meadows set against the rocky Apuan Alps. This venue is the ideal place for Patrick Oancia and Qbi to share the secrets of release, introspection and finally, total relaxation through yoga.

Yin Yoga Course with Jacqueline Hargreaves Nourishing the Energetic Body
Enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and steadiness that arise from a Yin Yoga practice. In this form of Hatha Yoga, the ancient teachings of India are integrated with the specific subtle body anatomy of the Chinese Meridian Theory. The aim is to actively nourish and harmonize the movement and distribution of chi (life force or prana) and alleviate ill health by eliciting the body’s natural healing response. It is a synthesis of eastern knowledge that aims at directly affecting the connective tissue (fascia, joints and ligaments) in the body, so that the health of the associated organs is improved.
